Why are my items shipped separately?

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items. There are no hidden charges on partial shipment.

What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?

There are dozens of reasons behind a delivery delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.

  • Bad weather.
  • Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.
  • No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
  • Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.

I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You are advised to not receive such order. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately via LIVE CHAT.

I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What’s going on?

Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order.

Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location or you might get the SMS notification once the order is shipped for delivery.

Furthermore, if you missed the deliverywe’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. We will attempt 3 times for the delivery of your order before cancelling it.

My parcel has been reported missing. What now?

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, your shipping details cannot be changed after your order has been placed.

However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address.

What are the promised delivery timelines?

Promised delivery timelines are the estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Delivery timelines will be available under “Home Delivery” with shipping fee for that particular product in your selected location. For example: It’s 3 – 6 days.

How do I place an order on BarqMall?

Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on BarqMall.
Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favourite products

You can also see the images of the product uploaded by other valuable buyers just like you.

On the product details page, you can either tap:


“Chat Now” 
to discuss or make an offer with the seller or
“Add to Cart” to place the selected item on your shopping cart or
“Buy Now” to place an order directly.

Chat now feature allows you to send a personal message to the seller directly. If you need more help with product details, product variety and product reviews, you may chat a seller to get an answer right away.

From product detail page, tap “Buy Now”. If variation is available, choose one and indicate your preferred quantity. Once confirmed, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart. Select the products you want and then click the “Check out” button in the Shopping Cart.

On the “Checkout” page, make sure to:

  1. Select your preferred “Delivery Address”.
    2. Check the expected “Delivery Time”
    3. Choose your desired payment method.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:

Mobile/App:

Step 1 – Go to your “Cart”.
Step 2 – Slide to left on the item you want to “Delete” or you can add into your “Wishlist”.
Step 3 – Select the desired option.

Why am I having trouble placing products in the cart?

If you are having trouble placing or adding products in your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant size and color selections.

I haven’t received the invoice for my order.

A hard copy of the invoice should always be sent along with your order.

I lost my warranty card. How can I claim warranty?

Lost your warranty card? Don’t worry! You can still claim your product’s warranty by presenting your BarqMall Invoice to any authorized Service Center.

Where should I go for my warranty claim?

To claim your warranty, please refer to the manufacturer or (Service Center) details given on the warranty card included with your product (if applicable). If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual, product packaging for the details. Feel free to contact us through Live Chat for further help.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

BarqMall is a marketplace. We have a huge seller base and each one sources their product differently due to which prices vary for the same product but you can choose depending on your preference as the product quality remains the same.

How do I know if a product comes with warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page.

If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of the page.

Are all products on BarqMall new and unused?

Yes, BarqMall only offers 100% new and unused products. The only exception is for refurbished laptops for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor.

How do I know if a product comes with free installation?

Unfortunately, we are not providing the “Free Installation Services” for now.

How to contact Vendor?

There are 2 ways to contact the vendor. One is Question & Answer and 2nd is instant messaging.

Question & Answer Method:

Now you can easily contact the vendor through BarqMall  and ask a query about any product of your choice, just follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Login your account on BarqMall Website with your register credentials.
Step 2 – Search the product in the search bar.
Step 3 – Click on the product.
Step 4 – “Question About This Product” option will appear at the bottom of the page.
Step 5 – Mention the complete query about the product in question tab.
Step 6 – You will get response within 12 working hours on your registered email ID on BarqMall.
Step 7 – You can also check the response by clicking on My Account>Message>Promo, option.

What are “Review & Rating” and how to write good reviews?

BarqMall customers have the option of rating and reviewing their product and seller experiences.

The customers can both leave star ratings and add text to describe what they liked or disliked about their experience.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down.
  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
  • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
  • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
  • Select your cancellation reason.
  • Click on “Submit”.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

How do I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from BarqMall, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions on the GIF or follow the written steps below.

What are the mandatory information and steps to return a product?

To ensure that your return is accepted and processed smoothly please follow the below steps;

  • Pack item(s) and include the following documents.

– Manual/User guide
– Order Invoice
– Complete accessories with freebies.

  • Print return label and paste it on the box, Print label can be printed after you have finished filling up your Online Returns Form.
  • Please pay close attention to the list of actions you need to do after the completion of Online Returns Form.
  • For Drop off: Please take the package to the nearest drop-off location. Inform them that you would like to ship the return package to BarqMall. It’s mandatory to attach the return label on the parcel. The shipping cost is covered by BarqMall.

Note:
– If you fail to drop off the item at the nearest drop off point within the return timelines, your request will be cancelled.
– Show the SMS you received after lodging your returns while dropping off your item(s).

  • For Pickups:Pickup will be offered for bulky items only & it will take 4 to 5 working days to pick your item after initiating the request.

    Note: Rider will attempt thrice to pick your item, if you fail to hand over your return item, then your pick up request will be cancelled from our end.

    Important Note:

  • – The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
    – Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.(Do not write anything on the product packaging)
    – If the product was delivered in a second layer of BarqMall packaging, It must be returned in the same condition.
    – If you do not have the possibility to print out the print label then please ensure that you write order number & RN number on the outer box.
    – If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition or return reason found invalid, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

 

 

What is BarqMall’s Returns Policy?

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, your product may be eligible for refund depending on
the product category and condition.

  • BarqMall item: Return timeline is 24 hours from delivery. Customer should file request after receiving the order in 24 hours otherwise company is not responsible.
  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.
  • For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition or return reason found invalid, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Where can I collect vouchers?

Collectible Vouchers can be collected from:

  • Voucher channel on BarqMall homepage
  • Main Campaign Page
  • Your favourite brand store pages
  • Promotions section on Product Detail page
  • Get Vouchers section in Cart
  • Can I reuse my Refund Voucher?
  • The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.

What are collectible vouchers and its matrix?

A voucher that can be collected and stored in customers account for later usage before it expires. Discounts are automatically applied once criteria is met and multiple vouchers can be used in same the order.

Collectible Voucher Matrix:

  • There is no limit for collecting vouchers from a seller. You can collect as many vouchers as you want, however, you can only use one voucher per seller in an order.
  • Collectible vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Collecting a voucher reserves it for you. You can make a purchase using the voucher anytime till the voucher is valid.
  • Collectible vouchers will reflect in Voucher section in “Account” tap.
  • The vouchers which do not have “Applied” or “Expired” stamped on them, then the voucher are available for use.
  • Voucher validity can be viewed in the Vouchers section of “My Accounts” in your BarqMall mobile app.

Furthermore, voucher code and collectible vouchers can be used together. BarqMall voucher code and seller collectible voucher code OR seller voucher code and BarqMall collectible voucher can be applied together.

However, seller collectible and seller voucher code or BarqMall collectible and BarqMall voucher code will not work together. Preference will be given to voucher code even if it does not give the best saving.

 

How are the best vouchers selected for me?

If you have collected multiple BarqMall vouchers or multiple vouchers from one seller then you can choose the best voucher between BarqMall vouchers or vouchers from the same seller.

  1. Voucher providing the best savings for you is applied,
  2. If two vouchers are resulting in the same saving, then the voucher with the higher minimum order value is applied,
  3. If two vouchers are resulting in the same savings, and have the same minimum order value, then the voucher with the shorter expiry is applied.
